Every Urban Palm Trees product is made to order and professionally printed by our trusted fulfilment partner, Gelato. This means your item is created especially for you before its shipped.
Most UK orders are delivered within 5-10 days, although many arrive sooner. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Whichever option you choose, every case is made to order and professionally printed by our trusted fulfilment partner, Gelato, to ensure a high-quality finish.
Our t-shirts and hoodies are designed with a relaxed, streetwear-inspired fit for everyday comfort and style. Many of our garments are made from heavyweight cotton to provide a structured feel. We recommend checking the size guide on each product page to find the best fit for you.
All our products are produced by Gelato's network of print partners, with production as close to the customer as possible to help reduce shipping times and environmental impact.

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and include all original tags and packaging. You will also need proof of purchase or your order number. We use Gelato's global print-on-demand network, which means every product is made to order rather than mass-produced. Printing only what's needed helps reduce overproduction and unnescessary waste.
Where possible, orders are produced by a prnt partner located close to the delivery address, helping to reduce shipping distnces and support faster delivery. While no manufacturing process has zero environmental impact, this made-to-order approach is designed to be a more responsible way to produce custom products.
